Statement of Compliance

S&T honors the Austrian Corporate Governance Code, meets all of the Code’s requirements, and follows all its rules. The Code goes above and beyond statutory regulations and obtains its validity through the voluntary commitment to it made by businesses. Committing to the Code forces one to provide rationale for failing to follow “C rules” (“comply and explain” obligation). S&T makes the following declaration in this regard:
